The Videl Fuego I Double Side Burner is a built-in unit from Videl, a The Outdoor Plus company, for cooks who want a dedicated spot for pots and pans beside the grill. Two burners share 30,000 BTU total across 217 sq in of cooking area, so you can run a sauce and a boil at once. The body is 304 stainless steel, and it is available in liquid propane (LP) and natural gas (NG).

Gas, Electrical and Ventilation Requirements

Gas: Natural gas: use the supplied regulator, set to 4.0 in. water column. Liquid propane: use a regulator set to 11 in. water column.
Electrical: No electrical connection is required.
Clearances: 24 in. minimum from the sides and rear of the side burner to combustible construction. Do not install under an overhead surface that is not open on at least two sides.
Ventilation: Install at least two air vents in the island: high for natural gas, low for liquid propane. Keep the bottom of the side burner open: allow 2 in. of clearance at the bottom of the enclosure.

Gas connection, and any conversion to LP using Videl's supplied parts, must be done by a licensed gas professional following Videl's instructions.
