Ridgecrest Outdoor Living – Return & Refund Policy
Our Approach
Ridgecrest Outdoor Living works with premium manufacturers whose products are often custom-built, made-to-order, or shipped directly from factory facilities. Because return policies vary among suppliers and product categories, all returns require prior authorization.
Because many Ridgecrest Outdoor Living products are custom-built, made-to-order, or shipped directly from manufacturers, return eligibility varies by supplier and product type. Customers are encouraged to review product-specific information and contact Ridgecrest Outdoor Living before placing an order if they have questions regarding cancellations, returns, or refunds.
Our goal is to work collaboratively with customers and suppliers to reach fair and timely resolutions whenever issues arise.
Return Eligibility
Return eligibility, return windows, and return conditions vary by supplier and product category. Where a supplier-specific return policy applies, that policy will govern. Customers should review the applicable product page and contact Ridgecrest Outdoor Living for return eligibility information before initiating a return. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging to be considered for return.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including custom-built, made-to-order, personalized, special-order, clearance, or discontinued products. Products that have been installed, modified, damaged during installation, or used beyond reasonable inspection may also be ineligible for return.
Custom, Made-to-Order, and Special-Order Products
Many Ridgecrest Outdoor Living products are manufactured to order, custom finished, custom colored, specially configured, or otherwise produced specifically for an individual customer.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom-built, made-to-order, special-order, personalized, or customized products are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Any cancellation requests submitted after production has commenced may be subject to supplier-imposed cancellation charges, material charges, administrative fees, or other costs incurred as a result of the order.
Product-specific policies may impose additional restrictions and will govern where applicable.
Product Images, Finishes, and Color Variations
Ridgecrest Outdoor Living strives to present product images, finishes, colors, textures, and materials as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary from photographs, renderings, lifestyle images, digital color swatches, and screen displays.
Variations may result from monitor settings, mobile device displays, lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing processes, natural material characteristics, and supplier production methods.
Natural materials such as wood, concrete, stone, copper, and other handcrafted finishes may exhibit unique variations in color, texture, grain, patina, or appearance. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or a supplier-specific policy, differences between website imagery and actual product appearance that fall within normal manufacturing and material variations do not constitute damage, defect, or shipping error and are not grounds for return.

Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior approval from Ridgecrest Outdoor Living. To initiate a return, contact info@ridgecrestoutdoorliving.com with your order number, product information, and reason for the return. If approved, Ridgecrest will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for completing the return. Returns shipped without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to sender
Customer Remorse Returns
If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, shipping error, or warranty coverage, the return will be treated as a customer remorse return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping, freight, handling, and applicable restocking fees associated with remorse returns. Restocking fees are determined by the applicable manufacturer and may vary by product.
Supplier-Specific Policies
Certain manufacturers impose additional return restrictions, cancellation fees, restocking fees, warranty requirements, return windows, or return procedures. Where supplier-specific policies apply, those policies will govern and may supplement or supersede portions of this general Return & Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to supplier approval. Because many Ridgecrest products are custom-built, made-to-order, or specially manufactured, cancellation fees may apply once production has begun. Orders cancelled after shipment will generally be treated as customer remorse returns.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Visible freight damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Customers should photograph any damaged packaging, pallets, or products. Any concealed damage must be reported within five (5) calendar days of delivery.
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If you receive a defective product, incorrect product, or discover missing components, please contact Ridgecrest Outdoor Living within five (5) calendar days of delivery. Photographs and supporting documentation may be requested. Ridgecrest will work with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after returned products have been received, inspected, and accepted by the manufacturer or authorized return facility. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and supplier involved. Once approved, refunds are typically submitted within 5-10 business days after returned products have been received and accepted by the manufacturer or authorized return facility.
