Shipping & Delivery

Complimentary freight delivery is included to most locations within the contiguous United States.

Golden Designs, Inc. products are shipped via freight carrier and typically arrive in multiple boxes or crates depending on the product selected.  Prior to delivery, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.  Any concealed damage should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and for verifying that the product can be safely moved from the delivery location to its final installation area.  Additional fees may apply for address changes, redelivery attempts, storage charges, remote locations, or other carrier-related services.

For products requiring dedicated electrical service or specialized site preparation, we strongly recommend reviewing the Installation Readiness information and consulting qualified professionals before delivery.  

Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.  After this period, production, processing, and shipping activities may already be underway.

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Ridgecrest Outdoor Living and the manufacturer.  Returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMS).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, outbound shipping charges, and applicable manufacturer restocking fees.  Opened or assembled products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.  Products that have been assembled and used are generally not eligible for return.

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by the manufacturer in accordance with its return policy.

Warranty

This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures are established by Golden Designs and may be updated from time to time.
