The Cazo Fire & Water Bowl by The Outdoor Plus blends contemporary outdoor luxury with the warmth and movement of live fire and flowing water. Inspired by Spanish-influenced design, the Cazo’s smooth round curvature creates an elegant focal point for upscale patios, poolscapes, and outdoor living environments.

Handcrafted in the United States, each bowl is individually manufactured using durable Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC), delivering the appearance of natural concrete while reducing weight and improving long-term durability. Designed for both residential and commercial environments, the Cazo Fire & Water Bowl is built to withstand demanding outdoor conditions, including freeze-thaw climates and coastal environments.

The integrated fire and water design creates a calming balance of flame, movement, and sound — transforming outdoor spaces into inviting gathering environments for relaxation and entertainment.

The Low Voltage Electronic Ignition system adds modern operational convenience with automated ignition, integrated flame sensing, and enhanced safety functionality designed for sophisticated outdoor living installations. Compatible with premium residential and commercial environments, the electronic ignition configuration supports a refined fire feature experience with streamlined operation and modern control flexibility.

Benefits of Premium GFRC Construction

The Outdoor Plus utilizes a proprietary GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) blend engineered for long-term outdoor performance and reduced structural weight compared to traditional concrete.

  • Stronger and lighter than traditional concrete
  • Enhanced resistance to cracking
  • Weather-resistant for outdoor environments
  • Suitable for freeze-thaw and coastal applications
  • Individually handcrafted in the USA
  • Color integrated throughout material to minimize visible surface wear

Due to the handcrafted nature of GFRC products, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and expected.

Fire & Water Feature Design

The Cazo Fire & Water Bowl combines live flame with a smooth integrated water flow system designed to create visual movement and ambient sound.

Water Feature Highlights

  • Smooth interior finish promotes efficient water flow
  • Easy-flow water fitting accommodates 1.5" water line
  • Soothing scupper water flow
  • Designed for integration with pools, spas, fountains, and architectural water features

Fire Feature Highlights

  • Stainless steel burner construction
  • Liquid Propane compatible
  • Low Voltage Electronic Ignition system
  • Standard lava rock (included)
  • Decorative fire glass upgrade (optional)
  • Designed for residential and commercial outdoor environments

Ignition System

This product utilizes a Low Voltage Electronic Ignition system designed to provide automated ignition, integrated flame sensing, and enhanced operational convenience.  Connected to a liquid propane fuel source and electrical power, the system ignites at the push of a button or wall switch (depending on installation) and continuously monitors the flame during operation.  Automatic flame sensing and reignition capabilities provide added convenience and enhanced safety.

The electronic ignition system utilizes a low-voltage transformer and requires access to a properly protected GFCI electrical outlet.  Professional installation guidance is recommended.

IMPORTANT: Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.

Electronic ignition components and control systems should also be visually inspected prior to installation or electrical connection.

Before signing for delivery:

  • Inspect packaging and product condition carefully
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt/Bill of Lading
  • Take photographs of all packaging and damage
  • Retain all original packaging materials

Any freight damage, concealed damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to Ridgecrest Outdoor Living within 24–48 hours of delivery. Installation Responsibility

Ridgecrest Outdoor Living is a retailer and does not perform installation services.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Hiring qualified licensed professionals when required
  • Verifying fuel, electrical, drainage, ventilation, and code compliance
  • Reviewing all installation manuals and manufacturer documentation before installation

Electronic ignition configurations require access to properly protected GFCI electrical service and appropriate transformer placement.

Installation should not be scheduled until products have been received and inspected.

Ordering, Cancellations & Returns

The Outdoor Plus products are generally handcrafted and built-to-order. Because of the custom manufacturing process, orders are processed quickly after submission.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully prior to submitting an order, including:

  • Product dimensions
  • Finish/color selections
  • Fuel type
  • Ignition type
  • Voltage requirements
  • Installation specifications
  • Shipping address information

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins and are subject to manufacturer approval.

Once an order enters production, the order is considered custom-built and generally cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If a cancellation is approved prior to production, applicable processing fees, merchant fees, or administrative charges may apply.

Return Eligibility

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many products, most The Outdoor Plus products are non-returnable.

Returns may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Manufacturer-authorized exceptions
  • Verified shipping damage properly reported within required timeframes
  • Incorrect product shipment by the manufacturer

Any approved return:

  • Requires prior written authorization

  • Return processing charges
  • Order cancellation fees

Please contact Ridgecrest Outdoor Living immediately if there are concerns regarding delivery condition or shipment issues.

Warranty

The Outdoor Plus products are backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty policies, which vary by product category, material, burner system, ignition type, and component manufacturer.

Ridgecrest Outdoor Living is an authorized retailer of The Outdoor Plus products but does not independently provide product warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage may include certain defects in:

  • Manufacturing workmanship
  • Burner systems
  • Structural components
  • Electronic ignition systems
  • Finish integrity (subject to normal environmental exposure limitations)

Specific warranty periods and coverage details vary by product and manufacturer documentation.

Warranty Limitations

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Failure to follow installation or operating instructions
