Featuring an 8-inch 304 stainless steel burner that produces up to 65,000 BTUs, the Sedona is compatible with natural gas or propane and includes a lava rock burning display, with optional fire glass upgrades available. Choose between a Match Lit ignition system for simple manual operation or a 12V Electronic Ignition system that automatically relights the flame if extinguished.

Designed for both beauty and functionality, the bowl features a smooth interior and easy-flow water fitting that creates a gentle cascading water effect. Ignition System

This product utilizes a simple manual ignition system designed for connection to a liquid propane fuel source.  To operate, open the gas valve and ignite the burner using a long lighter or match.  The Match Lit system offers reliable performance with minimal components and straightforward operation.

The Outdoor Plus products are generally handcrafted and built-to-order. Because of the custom manufacturing process, orders are processed quickly after submission.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully prior to submitting an order, including:

• Voltage requirements
• Installation specifications
• Shipping address information

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins and are subject to manufacturer approval.

Once an order enters production, the order is considered custom-built and generally cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If a cancellation is approved prior to production, applicable processing fees, merchant fees, or administrative charges may apply.

Return Eligibility

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many products, most The Outdoor Plus products are non-returnable.

Returns may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

• Manufacturer-authorized exceptions
• Verified shipping damage properly reported within required timeframes
• Incorrect product shipment by the manufacturer

Any approved return:

Refused Shipments
