Ignition System

This product utilizes a simple manual ignition system designed for connection to a professionally installed natural gas supply line.  To operate, open the gas shutoff valve and ignite the burner using a long lighter or match.  The Match Lit system offers reliable performance with minimal components and straightforward operation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery is typically curbside freight delivery and does not include white glove service, inside delivery, installation, assembly, packaging removal, or jobsite placement.

Ordering, Cancellations & Returns

The Outdoor Plus products are generally handcrafted and built-to-order. Because of the custom manufacturing process, orders are processed quickly after submission.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully prior to submitting an order, including:

• Voltage requirements
• Installation specifications
• Shipping address information

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins and are subject to manufacturer approval.

Once an order enters production, the order is considered custom-built and generally cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If a cancellation is approved prior to production, applicable processing fees, merchant fees, or administrative charges may apply.

Return Eligibility

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many products, most The Outdoor Plus products are non-returnable.

Returns may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

• Manufacturer-authorized exceptions
• Verified shipping damage properly reported within required timeframes
• Incorrect product shipment by the manufacturer

Any approved return:
