Shipping & Delivery

This product ships in accordance with Ridgecrest Outdoor Living's Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Golden Designs products are typically shipped via freight carrier and may arrive in multiple boxes or crates depending on the model selected. Freight carriers may contact customers to schedule delivery appointments when required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate delivery access and for confirming that the product can be safely moved from the delivery location to its final installation area.

Ridgecrest Outdoor Living will gladly assist customers with delivery coordination and communication when needed.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.  After this period, production, processing, and shipping activities may already be underway.

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from Ridgecrest Outdoor Living and the manufacturer.  Returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMS).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, outbound shipping charges, and applicable manufacturer restocking fees.  Opened or assembled products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.  Products that have been assembled and used are generally not eligible for return.

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by the manufacturer in accordance with its return policy.

Warranty

This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures are established by Golden Designs and may be updated from time to time.
