Shipping & Delivery

This product ships in accordance with Ridgecrest Outdoor Living's Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Golden Designs products are typically shipped via freight carrier and may arrive in multiple boxes or crates depending on the model selected. Freight carriers may contact customers to schedule delivery appointments when required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate delivery access and for confirming that the product can be safely moved from the delivery location to its final installation area.

Returns & Cancellations

Golden Designs products are typically shipped directly from the manufacturer and may enter production, processing, or freight scheduling shortly after an order is placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may generally be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production, processing, or shipping activities may already be underway and cancellation requests are subject to manufacturer approval.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and require prior authorization from both Ridgecrest Outdoor Living and Golden Designs.

Returned products must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Customers are responsible for applicable return freight charges, outbound shipping charges, and manufacturer-imposed restocking fees. Opened or assembled products may be subject to restocking fees of up to 20% of the purchase price. Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, or used beyond reasonable inspection are generally not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted in accordance with the manufacturer's return policy. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and manufacturer review process.
