The sofa, coffee table and side table use mortise-and-tenon joinery, and all pieces have non-marking plastic feet. Each armchair has a manufacturer-estimated weight capacity of 300 lbs, and the sofa has a manufacturer-estimated weight capacity of 700 lbs. Assembly is required, and an instruction manual is included. Crafted by Anderson Teak from premium teak remaining from its Anderson Collection production, redesigned for lower-priced pieces, and finished with a water-based seal. Sealed at the factory; as the sealer wears with time and weather, the teak will gradually silver unless resealed.
